In the meantime, the Chelsea Botanica app can be accessed through the Blackbell mobile app, available on both iOS and Android:📲 iPhone / iPad – Download from the App Store
📲 Android devices – Download from Google Play
Once installed, simply search for Chelsea Botanica within the app to load the resident platform. If you receive any notifications — such as announcements or service updates — selecting “Open in app” will take you directly to the Chelsea Botanica experience.
All functionality remains unchanged, including access to services, documents, and push notifications. The only difference during this period is the app icon displayed on your device.
